Lauren offers her services in her downstairs of her private residence, nestled in 4 acres of land in Tallebudgera. The spot is an ideal healing space.
She has over 15 yrs with Yoga and Pilates and recently understands how a womens body is meant to move and change with the seasons and age.
Lauren is completing her Diploma of Kinesiology, which looks out what is out of balance in a person body, mind and soul.
Through thorough investigation, we can address where stress is being held in the body and start to correct this through a range of techniques, which include, acupressure, vibrational healing, lymphatic drainage and ,much more

- Yoga and small intermit group sessions, working with releasing deep tension in the body and creating strength
- Kinesiology and balancing sessions:
~ Checking all the yin and yang organs of the body and seeing what is out of balance
~ Using vibrational tuning forks to correct blocked energy centres
~ Using acupressure points, emotional stress release points and lymphatic drainage to remove excess energy or improves depleted energy from the body
- We also incorporate a range of essential oils into our balancing sessions and have products for purchase if need be
